I think perhaps he is thinking of the difference between a human embryo and a human fetus, but of course both are of the HUMAN species. For me, no matter what you choose to call it, we are discussing an unborn BABY.

Yes, it's all human, just at different stages of development. A human fetus is just as human as a human adolescent or a human geriatric. There are not "levels" of humanity. Either an organism is human or it isn't.
