Democrats swept Republicans from power in the House of Representatives.What sort of circumstances are waiting for the White House policy?

Do not expect any major changes. Democrats and Republicans are very much the same, it's like pepsi cola and coca cola, different brands, slightly different taste but they are both cola.

If you pick up an old magazine from the 1930s, 1940s or 1950s people then complained about many of the same issues they complain about now.

That would be how many presidents, Congresses and Senates since then, nothing changes but the names.

Oh, that would be IMHO anyways.

Yep, and if you pick up exames questions for any grade at any school from the 1930's, 1940's and 1950's you'll find that today those questions would be way too diffucult for those same grades. Only when they dumb a society down politicians can get away with all we see today...and it works perfectly.
