What does this winning in Iraq entail?
I thought that was was already won at least once (mission accomplished) and then the second time (election in Iraq was "such a success") - possibly three times (Saddam caught).
How many times do you need to win a war to really win it?
This war is very similar to the war on drugs - the longer it takes the more fighting is left to do.
IMO the war on terror should be taking place in laboratories, working on alternative sources of energy. As long as the main source of energy is where people do not appreciate the Western world there will be always a need to fight on terror, liberate someone or introduce someone to democracy, or abolish one if it prevents steady supply of energy.
