I'm guessing that there are bands in america that are anti-american and have a big following so stop saying that Europeans are anti-american.

They have enjoyed success in north and south america so obviously americans like them.

They slag everyone and everything off as that is what a lot of metal bands do.

It has been a long time since I have witnessed such paranoia.

dixie chicks and green day are two bands that I just can't listen to anymore because of their political leanings. Rage Against the Machine is just about there too just because I know more about the band members these days.

For the most part, American's really don't bash other countries. Now I'm not looking for a long drawn out debate about the war. However, most Americans are VERY interested in foreign culture. The only European country I can think of that pretty much all Americans look up on with disdain is France. But come on man, it's France.
