My own personal psychosis says you can be whatever you want.
Or is that the military commercials...

I am only talking about the facts and not intend to harm anyone. If you think so, my apologies.

Do you mean when you are thinking normally or freely, suddenly your thoughts disappear or your stream of thoughts is blocked by some force (when you are not having any stress or pressure from surrounding)?

I would like to have it. But unfortunately it doesn't exist as anything outside of a social construct
I do have the 3rd edition book of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons however, if you would like to buy it.

After reading this whole thread, and not being a psychiatrist but being a regular user for years and having smoked with tons of people I just have to say I don't believe weed alone can cause psychosis. If someone has a predisposition toward it, sure weed could help push them over the edge, as any number of things could.
I've seen many people though spend their whole existence stoned and useless, thinking it makes them cooler then everyone else, that's a kind of psychosis as far as I'm concerned. Weed is a tool, it shouldn't be a lifestyle.
But to the question, 'marijuana can cause psychosis, agree?' I'd have to answer no, I don't agree.
How bout this as a counter question:
For the average, healthy person, weed can relieve stress and enhance many common sensual functions, cause an expansive, creative mood of thought and generally give a pleasant experience, agree?

Like it Kills cancer cells, it is a pain killer, it is anti aging, Research has also found that it may reduce the chance of mental illnesses and only last week it was found that it could be a medicine to actually treat psychosis.
Research has also proved that it does NOT cause lung cancer even amongst heavy smokers.

Agree. And it's a myth that it makes people lazy, many people I know are business people who are highly productive and successful and use Cannabis every day, it releases stress and helps to focus on real priorities.
If it wasn't for Cannabis, music, arts, literature and the arts in general would miss out on about all the major works. People don't realize how much of the music they listen to, books they read, paintings they like, are produced, since centuries, by people with daily Cannabis use.

I suffer from depression, and have been since I was a kid. So, there are many days when I just want to stay in bed and sleep, with no desire to do anything. I don't take any prescribed medicine for it, I smoke a bowl or two and it actually brings out a desire to do something. It helps me to focus my attention on what I am doing without being overwhelmed with the thoughts that cause me to be depressed in the first place. I for one support its medicinal qualities, as I have been self medicating myself with it for a long time, and I don't have to take anti-depressants, which usually have side effects. I don't get any side-effects from pot, except the occasional urge to eat, which is good because when I am 'down', I have no desire to eat either.

I think it should be a personal choice, not a debate. I hate the fact that I choose to do something, and others think its illegal or immoral. It shouldn't matter what other people think. I am not doing anything that is going to hurt someone else, or interfere with thier lives in anyway when I decide to smoke some bowls in the privacy of MY home, whether its wrong or right shouldn't be a debate at all. Its my choice. Alot of people choose to buy alchohol, then they choose to drive and end up killing themselves or others. And alchohol is legal. That is a fine example of a choice you make that effects others. Mine don't.
