In one developing country in SEA
Just have recently "computer law" that adapted from "US code Fraud and related activity in connection with computers".
The government has enforced some and included some punishment for abusing the web board with nudes,spamming text ,and spamm mail.

eg: if you post some modified picture of victims ,you can be sentenced in jail for 5 years and a fine up to 20000 $ for webmaster and server owner !

All I read into that Draft CyberCrime Bill is that if a person does anything to damage or illegally access a third-party computer, they'll be subject to prosecution. It says nothing about going to jail for posting in a forum, and it only applies to people who live in Thailand.

Which is good ... because I'm all out of baht ...

Yes ,the section13 (4) and (5) resending data (only posting of pornography , or modified pictures ,paparazzi ,nude of moviestars etc. possibly sent you to jail)which is not a good idea for free zone like internet.
