So this is the best reply you had? Man, Hitler would be ashamed of you. You appear to heed the teachings of Krusty Clown more than anything. Mein Kampf would be a good start for you if you want to worship a dead guy. Take that at your own peril though. I've heard it has big words.

being not american, there are so many things i just do not understand in america. i have been countless times over there, on the job or private, but there are still so many things, i just do not get.
there is so many things i really, really like in america and in americans and then there is some things, where i just think: what the F***!
it would take waaaay too long, to list everything up here and to get into every detail, so let me just say in general:
considering all positive and negative things, the history, science and so on ....without america as it was so far, the world would be a worse place to live on!

There is no logic to politics in America, the elected officials do not want to do what is needed for our nation, it just seems like a bunch of kids playing king of the mountain. They do not know how to make the decisions that they are elected to do, sometimes you have do it no matter if it hurts you as well, you do for the good of the country, you cannot worry what it affects. Do the right thing.
I believe this is called leadership. Very lacking in Washington.

Pretty much everyone... Why do you think the vast majority of the world hates you? Europe, Latin America, central America, eastern & western Asia and most certainly the middle east (apart from the Zionists of course...)
Ron Paul is among the few American politicians who understand, they don't hate you because of your (so called) freedom, "they" hate you because the U.S is the #1 Terror state in the world. An obvious fact to most humans above the age of 15, who are mentally stable and who do not watch Fox news...

Im an american, and i believe the reasons why every country hates us is $, and power. Its no big secret. As far as being the #1 terror country if we didnt have to spend so many tax dollars bailing out other countries out we would own the world and this way we would all be free. I ghess thats why we vote for presidents, congress, dept of defence and so on.

I hate America just as much as I hate every other country.
In turn, I love America just as much as I love every other country.
If I had my wish, there would be no countries.

They may choose to hate our government, but if they hate us as individuals simply because we were born in the United States, I am not sure they are someone I would want to know anyway.
P.S. (To the person starting this thread) America includes a whole lot more than the United States.

I was referring to the U.S as a nation of course, I have nothing against Americans as a people. That would be racist, even your worst enemies (Bin laden and those who support him) don't hate America because of the people who live there.

I have to respond...
I'm proud to be an American although there are many things that I'm anything but proud of.
My ramblings about some issues...
Entertainment:
We've become more the "United States of Entertainment" then the USA. TOO much attention, adoration, and money being directed at inconsequential crap called entertainment (hollywood, sports, news-ambulance chasing, etc...).
Socialism:
Far right!? We're as close to communism as we've been since I was put on this earth. We have the government telling us we can't smoke a plant, can't drink a beer until we're 21 (several years after they'll let us join the armed services), and if we move towards National healthcare we're %#$@#$! because then the "moderates" will think they have the right to control what we eat, how much of we eat, where we can eat because our health affects everyone.
