October 1, 2003 -- Conviction for burglary; charges for larceny, criminal mischief, and interfering or resisting not prosecuted. Sentenced to five years in prison.

April 26, 2002 -- Convicted for possession of marijuana. Charge of possession of drug paraphernalia not prosecuted. Fined $500.

April 7, 1997 -- Convicted of issuing a bad check, larceny, and forgery. Not prosecuted were four charges of criminal impersonation, three charges of issuing a bad check, three charges of larceny, and three charges of forgery. Sentenced to one year in prison.

October 10, 1996 -- Convicted of larceny and burglary. Not prosecuted were six burglary charges, eight larceny charges, one charge of criminal trover, eight charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, and two charges of forgery. Sentenced to five years in prison.

September 25, 1996 -- Convicted of escape. Sentenced to one year in prison, concurrent to earlier sentence.

March 5, 1993 -- Convicted of five forgery charges, one burglary charge, and one charge of violating probation. Not prosecuted were three larceny charges, one charge of theft of a firearm, and one charge of criminal possession of a weapon. Sentenced to four years in prison and three years of probation.

May 20, 1991 -- Convicted of possession of marijuana. Fined $85.

May 16, 1990 -- Convicted of two charges of larceny and single charges of larceny by possession and interfering with a search. Sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison.

April 10, 1990 -- Convicted of larceny. Sentenced to 90 days in prison.

June 8, 1988 -- Convicted of possession of marijuana. Not prosecuted were charges of possession of marijuana and failure to appear in court. Fined $300.

April 12, 1988 -- Convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Not prosecuted were charges of possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of narcotics, and larceny. Sentenced to six months in prison, suspended after three months, and two years of probation.

May 13, 1986 -- Convicted of carrying a gun without a permit. A charge of criminal possession of a gun was not prosecuted. Sentenced to 18 months in prison.

April 7, 1986 -- Convicted of possession of a controlled substance, three charges of larceny, and possession of marijuana. Sentenced to one year in prison.

July 12, 1985 -- Convicted burglary, theft of a firearm, and possession of a controlled substance. Two charges of larceny and charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a narcotic substance were not prosecuted. Sentenced to two years in prison and three years of probation.

June 1, 1984 -- Convicted of three charges of disorderly conduct. Fined $200.

September 19, 1982 -- Convicted of three charges of using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission. Sentenced to 90 days in prison.

November 7, 1980 -- Convicted of two charges of burglary and one charge each of theft of a firearm and larceny. Sentenced to no more than five years at the Cheshire reformatory.

October 28, 1980 -- Convicted of burglary and larceny. A charge of making a false statement was not prosecuted. Sentenced to five years in prison.

April 25, 1980 -- Convicted of burglary. Three charges of burglary and four charges of larceny were not prosecuted. Sentenced to 18 months in prison.
