Yeah, so it's certainly not a perfect m/a drug. I've never encountered one of those.

Ferre, I was referring to the CURRENT study of marijuana. I'm not sure of the actual number of studies, but it is damn near impossible for a research facility to obtain legal marijuana for the purpose of medical research.
The support of the criminalization of the plant was based on select studies that showed how it was dangerous and evil. classic propaganda. Anyway, most states do not consider it a felony for minor possession, but still it's illegal. I don't think this law will be repealed for at least another 50-100 years. Who wants to support a bill to decriminalize marijuana? It gives the politicians a bad image, even if they do support it.

A summary of current peer reviewed research results;
http://www.thc-ministry.net/cannabinoids.html
Now compare that with, say aspirine, which kills around 300 people/year and can be bought everywhere. How much more research do they need to prove medicinal properties?

He mentioned that we don't know what the unsafe limit is for weed, concerning driving. I think that when they do tests to attempt to find that limit, they'll soon discover that there is no unsafe limit. You can only get so high. It's more a thing where you're either high or you're not, or somewhere in between. It's not like aclohol, for instance, where the more you drink the drunker you get.

All tests that have been done on Cannabis and driving in the Netherlands have concluded that it makes people drive more carefully, more aware. No slowing down of reaction speed has ever been measured during those tests, at least not any noticeable or "dangerous" reaction differences between people who were driving while high, and while they were not high. As I said, and that video also showed, people are more focused when they drive while being high and for all I know it's better to be more focused while driving anyway. I guess I'm lucky to live in a country where science and reason rules, instead of superstition and fear. We never had any reefer madness either, it makes life a lot easier for everyone, also for police officers because they don't have to waste their time harassing tax paying citizens for something futile as smoking a joint and can do what they are supposed to do; to protect our rights, goods and freedoms.

It isn't detectable, and there aren't laws (in many states) to regulate it...
but you are far from 'allowed' to, simply because you can't whether you are driving or not... ............
And check out that flash movie up there ^^^

this is a bit off topic:
I was in a fight one time. A group of kids (maybe 20-25) strung out on something randomly came after my group of friends at a truck stop. They ended up getting in their SUV, and trying to run us over. Luckily no one died, but my one buddy came withing inches of having his head crushed by the tire. We caught one of them who was trying to run away and then the police showed up. The kid we caught had horribly bloodshot eyes and could not stand still . I dont know if he was on coke or heroine, but it was something strong. As it turns out, i think the group was a bunch of drug dealers, because the cops began giving us a hard time and were being VERY friendly with the guy we caught. I kept telling the cop to look at the kids eyes and how he was standing. I asked the cop to search him, as he and his friends initiated an assault, however no search was performed, no sobriety check, NOTHING. we even got the license plate # of the SUV that tried to kill us, and we never heard anything from the police. Never got a report. never a phone call, NOTHING. Corruption at its finest.
Seems like you can do drugs and drive without any repercussion, so long as you are not possessing anything. A friend of mine got his car smashed up because some teenager was huffing keyboard cleaner and blacked out. This stuff doesnt get you high, it just bloks out oxygen. I think it was tetraflouromethane, some sort of refrigerant gas. Anyway, when the cops showed up, they said they couldn't do anything because they didnt see him huffing it and having the bottles in the car was not illegal. Nothing bad ever came out of it for the kid but higher insurance rates. But dont drink and drive! it the evil of all evils.

Apparently it's the same with acid, LSD. It doesn't matter if you take 2 or 200, you don't get any more intoxicated, or whatever the phrase may be. Spun out. That's what my friend says anyway, I have no reason to doubt him.

Interesting. I wouldn't know about that, the times that I did it, I only took one dose as I recall. I'm thinking that Ferre may know the answer to that.

Yes, it's true. I once took six times 200 mics of LSD and the effect was the same as with one hit of 200 mics. (micrograms)
However, when you "get off" on 200 mics and take that dose for a couple of days in a row, you will find that you need a higher dose after a couple of days to get the same result. I once experimented with taking LSD every single day for three weeks and at the end I did take more than a gram to get the same effects as the first day.
I still do it once in a while, the last time at New Years evening, nothing beats watching fireworks on acid, on a second thought, maybe sex on acid beats it.
