Well i think Usama is in Afghnaistan, Pakistan army is also having a search operation near the Pakistan and Afghanistan border and seems that soon they will get him.
Let me tell you that not some Muslim but a lot of Muslims considers him as their leader.

What about north waziristan and wanna people.LOL
They aren't taliban but pakistani national people and are supporting taliban.And Pakistan Army is doing search operation there and they are opposing this search operation.
Talibans were only in Afghanistan not in Pakistan.

Open any pakistani news channel ..there you will see alot about talibans in Pakistan ..who said talibans are not in Pakistan ?..Do you know the Proper defination of Talib ? If you are talking about the Talibans in tribal Areas who belong to Al Qaeda then I agree with you ..the search operation is going on and soon Pakistani Army will settle the case ..

Try to get the real meaning of Talibans.
One is a student of a reliegious madrassa thats one is also called a Talib.
And the one in AL-qaida is also a talib.So i will suggest u not to put them in a single category.
Pakistan is not having Talibans but it is having people following Talibans and considering Al-qaida as their reliegious group.BUT i don't agree with them.
So i am mentioning you again that try to understand WHAT IS AL-AQAIDA and WHAT ARE TALIBANS.
Because your post shows that you have no concept of AL-QAIDA and Talibans.So i will suggest you to read out about a TALIB and ALQAIDA, then you may get here to answer.

Way back when I took Islamic society in college. That has been quite a while and the knowledge has mostly gone. Can someone direct me to a copy of the Qaran? I remember I think that until a certain point all beliefs were the same, then the christians followed one path, Muslims the path of Allah, and the Jews followed the path of the old testament way. I know this is very vaque and you have to forgive me, sometimes I have a memory and mind that works and sometimes I don't, what I miss tonite I will get another time I assure you.
But in christianity there are those that also use the word of the Bible to have those do things that are not good, just as those are doing in the muslim world. The Taliban to me sounds like someone following the old testament of the Bible. AL-Qaida sounds like an extremist group that uses the word of the Qaran to do nothing more than recruit others and brain wash them into doing what they desire to be done.
Just as Jim Jones did back in the 70's when he convinced all of his followers to drink poison and then had someone shoot him. And countless other cults have done getting others to relinquish all of their worldly possessions to the better cause (the cult) and to do the bidding of the cult leader.

First let me clear that its not the word qaran but it is "QURAN".It is our holy book.We follow this book also we muslims have belief on BIBLE and other religious books but after QURAN, we started following it.
Christians are also the foolowers of a reliegious book, and we muslims call the "IHLE KITAB".
The word IHLE-KITAB means the followers of a religious book on which we have belief.

Quran is vast book.It has the ways how to spend life and if someone follow its rules will never lose anything but will always be successful.Guys i am not going to discuss it here, because discussing it here may not be fine.But any way i will only say that QURAN, is our holy book which we (muslims) follow.

I think that the fundamental teachings of all the major religions if they are really looked at, and most don't look at others beyond their own, are primarily the same. The teachings of how to treat others, compassion, humanity etc are all there. If you take the one version of the Qaran and compare it to the old testament of the Bible, you'll see very little differences I think, if I remember correctly. There were more similarities than there were differences. And then am I not correct that the difference between the 2 muslim sects is the belief of a new prophet by one of the sects? Making them less old way like? That would be the same difference as the Jews and the Christians, the Jews don't believe that Jesus Christ was the Son of God. Christians on the other hand do, and after Jesus came to christians the new testament over rode the old testament and was that of peace and forgiveness not of stoning and sacrificing. Women to were seen more as human beings than servants. As I said though before my knowledge is really limited so I may be way off on this but I have a feeling that I am not....if nothing else we all believe in God, Muslims merely believe that Allah was the prophet of God yes?

Sorry for the misspelling, no argument about the Quran being the book of the Muslims. Although it does leave itself just as the Bible to certain interpretations. It's those interpretations that allow it to be used by others(Al Qaida) for bad. Just as the Bible allows those that wish to do so that have a powerfull enough voice to use it for bad.

Let me tell you muslims believe in Jesus Christ as a messenger of GOD and thats it.Not as a son of GOD.here is the difference between christ and muslims.We beleive he is the messenger of GOD and he will come back to this earth just before the day of judgement.Thats a complete story that how he was picked up to sky and how he will come to this earht back.And that is explained in QUARN.
And let me tell you that just before our Holy Prohet MUHAMMAD (pbuh) all the Muslims were the followers of BIBLE. But after our holy Prophet MUhammad(pbuh), muslims were asked to follow QURAN and not BIBLE but were told to have belief on BIBLE but do not follow it.So we are now following QURAN.And sorry if my dicussion hurts anyone.

Why would it hurt anyone? It's you religious belief and you have the right to have your religious beliefs just as much as I am to have mine. That is sometimes differences between some religions, the ability to be around those that have other beliefs than your own. There are many religions that try to force the views and beliefs on to others that don't share their same belief. I on the other hand like to think that my beliefs allow me to embrace everyone for who it is they are. I lead by example, if that brings some to believe as I do then fine if not, well, either they are people that are trying to force me into believing like they do in the first place or they have beliefs of thier own and don't see mine as a threat and we can co-exist peacefully and be friends.
