Carbon Offsets for Small(ish) Businesses

I guess the political thread would be the best place for this, as it might get the most attention there, even though it's not really political for most . . . . but I've been trying to see if I can find other folks who have found ways to reduce or otherwise mitigate against the carbon footprint of their buiness(es).

Our servers alone demand a good deal of power, and so does their share of environmental controls. Then there are our offices . . . and if I really wanted to get down do it, all of our clients with all of their offices.

I can see that our business and the bussinesses we support leave a pretty significant carbon foot print . . . . but I'm still researching ways to offset that.

Has anyone else here given this any thought or have any suggestions?
