TALLAHASSEE, Florida (Reuters) - Senate lawmakers in Florida have voted to ban the fake bull testicles that dangle from the trailer hitches of many trucks and cars throughout the state.

I hate that it took up legislation time, but honestly I'm glad to see it done. On to Georgia. If I never have to ride behind another set of swinging brass bull jewels from a truck hitch it'll be too soon. It's embarrassing to many ladies I know and a sad statement for the man who hung them.

As gauche and offensive as it is, they've just used tax dollars to further restrict people's freedom of expression.

Fundi Muslims find it offensive to see women without headscarfs. What would happen if our government catered to every individuals idea of offensive?

I get your point. I just wish people had the dignity and respect for themselves and those around them to not display things like that in a public way. It infringes on the modesty of ladies who don't want to see it. Men used to respect that. I have little respect for men who don't. You're right...no place for legislation but a sad commentary on homo sapiens.

Hey now. I grew up Muslim. You don't have much of a choice if you're born into it, and the penalty for leaving was still death last I checked.

Whether or not I actually use my brain is debatable, but I know my brain has got to be larger than your balls.
