CSS float in IE = no image visible?

Hi,

http://www.shannonmcgill.com/electro...ite_groov.html

In IE there is only 1 visible image because 1 of 4 images on the page has no CSS float defined.

The other 3 don't show up in IE but they do in Firefox and I believe other browsers...

Please help me resolve this, it applies to other articles in the zine as well.

On this page: http://www.shannonmcgill.com/electro...for_producers/
any images floated right or left disappear in IE

I'm using code like this:
[code:1:90da69156a]<img src="http://www.shannonmcgill.com/electronic-music-news/images/artists/aug04/satellite-grooves-03.jpg" style="float: right; border: 1px solid black; padding: 5px; margin: 5px;" alt="Satellite Grooves 3" />[/code:1:90da69156a]
Thanks

I've tried adding the width to the image but that didn't fix it.

I'm confused. What images are you talking about? The pages you posted look exactly the same to me in IE and Firefox.

UPDATE! --> Fixed.

The solution was to float the container that the images are in. Apparently IE will not show multiple images that are floated inside a container unless the container is floated as well...? or something... anyway I floated the container and that did it.

thx

I don't care who's it is -- it's floating!

No one got that joke I see.

Nope, sorry.

Heh, well its when someone hasn't flushed the toilet properly. There was an advert on tv in the uk where the guy answers the door while shouting to his wife" I dont care who's it is its floating". Then talks to the person at the door.
