Windows Command Processor

Hello! Today i was installing Android Studio on my Windows 10 and all of a sudden I got this prompt to allow "Windows command processor" to make changes to my computer. It appeared to have a valid security certificate but I felt like something was off so I just ignored it for a few minutes and then it just disappeared. I ran a scan with MalwareBytes and it returned nothing. Some people claim that this is a virus. Have you guys had this sort of problem? What should I do?

Yes, this looks to be a malware.
I guess this will solve your problem: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...5-146cb03099a1

I've read all these replies but the suggestions don't work. I can't find the exe anywhere in the C partition. The thing is that I've reinstalled Win 10 and immediately after that I installed Android Studio again and I got the same prompt.
