Website offline times - service for that?

does anyone know of a service that checks whether a website is offline or online at regular times, like, let's say, every 15 minutes?

I have serious stability issues at my current webhosting service and have to find out whether the situation is actually improving or not.

There are many websites monitoring service that can do this sort of job, but most of them require you to pay for monthly subscription. I am using the service by hyperspin to monitor the uptime of my website, currently subscribed to the 5 minit block.

SiteUp is a free little program you put on your own computer.

SiteUp is a freeware website availability monitoring program. Just install the program, allow it to be added to the list of programs which load when your computer is started and you are set.

Note: you have to leave your computer on if you want 24/7 monitoring.

Servermojo also providing best service they are introducing trial version you can check there service by using trial version. I have also 2 additional recommendations I would feel are worth mentioning. Pingdom - great client base and mobile utilities. & For all of the bells and whistles, without a doubt Gomez.
Most hosting providers offer this service as complimentary for doing business with them if that is where your servers are although I would agree 2 or more helps especially external facing customer responses times.

You can try with pingdom or host-trackers. Both are very good monitoring tools to monitor your website accessibility.

They do, and they provide a free 1 server check service, that checks as often as every minute.
