Wordpress Purchase Code Issue.

Hi there,
I bought my Neptune theme last year and since then I was using it with not a single problem. But before 1 month I got a notice on my theme setting page regarding "Purchase Code". As, I told you that I have bought the theme, then why I got this message? When I feed my purchase code there, it shows me an error message.
Please help me.

I am very happy to say that, I have solved my problem. I scanned my blog and found some virus on it. When I removed those virus my theme automatically accepted the purchase code.
