Please any one tell me how can i increase my doffollow backlinks for my blog.

Could you please search the forums and do some reading before starting a new thread.

Acquiring backlinks has been discussed a number of times already here in the SEO and Google forums.

BTW: there is not such thing as dofollow links. A link either has the nofollow attribute attached to it or not.
