SVB 05-14-2006 12:19 PM

Ferre 05-14-2006 12:22 PM

I've noticed all the davinci code propaganda has started lately, the TV is full of documentaries about it, think this movie will be the big hit of the Summer

Yah its a topic that a lof of ppl want to know more about it seems. I think this movie could even break the box office record held by titanic.

I voted no. I haven't been to a movie theater since I was an usher at the Paramount theater in the 60's. I'll wait till it becomes freely available. Sounds like an interesting pic.

Julie 05-14-2006 12:33 PM

I might see it if the mood strikes me. If I dont see it at the theaters I will see it on DVD.

Knowing the internet nowadays, that's be approx. 3.06 seconds after the official release.

Julie 05-14-2006 12:40 PM

LOL, you can usually get it a few weeks BEFORE the official release.;)

Atom 05-14-2006 01:40 PM

I'll have to get my nephews on it, they'll find it for me. I saw a movie (dwnld) of the same name a few months ago but it wasn't this ... was a weird movie.

Ohiosweetheart 05-14-2006 01:43 PM

I have no interest in seeing it really. I read alot of the book, but not all of it.
I was raised to believe In the Bible as God's Word (not going to debate that), so why throw my $ away on a movie that pretty much goes against biblical teaching.
First a movie that portrays Jesus and Mary Magdalene as lovers, now one that says they actually married.
nah...

Atom 05-14-2006 01:46 PM

Wow, now I really wanna see it. lol

Julie 05-14-2006 01:50 PM

The movie is fiction. I don't see what all the uproar is. I'm Catholic myself. Geez.

Atom 05-14-2006 01:54 PM

Yeah me too, born and raised. Seems nothing is sacred these days. I just try to go along with it.

G10 05-14-2006 02:02 PM

People worrying about a load of hot air - Nothing in it but I am sure the film makers are going to embellish it a little.

Atom 05-14-2006 02:04 PM

This isn't going to shatter my beliefs or anything is it? Fiction right?

Ohiosweetheart 05-14-2006 02:09 PM

purely fiction

Atom 05-14-2006 02:10 PM

k, just wanted to make sure.
