Those were some great tips. Pretty handy for bloggers having a hard time trying to maintain their relationships with readers. I particularly liked the idea of setting expectations. Your readers won't feel like they're being ignored and you can set a schedule and do things at your own pace. Outsourcing can be a pretty good option too, however, you obviously will have to pay for those extra hands. There are some cost effective outsourcing options though. You just need to find them.

An efficient contact page is always an advantage for a website.It should be visible to all visitors and less complicated too.Moreover, a prompt response will make relations more effective.

Nice article but I am just about ready to remove all my contact forms because desperate wanna be SEO sellers are spamming the hell out of them.

A little off-topic, but more and more, I'm seeing less "contact options" to make contact with small business owners on their sites. In a lot of cases, I see a web form, and that's it. No telephone, no mailing address - just a form with a captcha.

Maybe I don't get out enough :lol:, but that's what I'm seeing
