I have a email service/web hosting company, and I would like to have a script that allows me to manage my customers, services (web hosting/email service) and support tickets. I would also like to have it so that customers can order the services through a interface.

I have tried phpCoin..which doesn't do what I need it to do, and SolidState is awesome...but it doesn't have a support ticket system in it.

Anyone know of anything that works?

WHM is commonly used. You can use that as well.

I would agree WHM and Cpanel - all that you need and that is enough to manage own web hosting service.

Are you looking for the support system script? I would recommend you kayako. That is paid solution, but that is one of the best
