Webzpro

Anybody use Webzpro for reselling? I'm looking to move and they're #1 at Hostdetective.

Matrix Resellers (Vortech) just pulled a really sh***y thing. They announced they're completely shutting down all Cpanel accounts forcing people to move to the more expensive HSphere. It's ashame too, I was really happy with them. Now I'm left looking for a new host and spending times moving sites when I need to be building new sites.

Any tips you have about Webpro is appreciated. I spoke with the guy and he seemed nice enough.

Thanks

forcing ppl to most sucks, but as a host if I knew my customers would like it I would switch to hsphere, its better in most fields. One major thing is stability and security.

I never seen webpro, but being number one on host detective is a good sign. Means they have a lot of happy customers willing to post reviews.

I know very little about Hsphere. How bad would it be switching from Cpanel to that? The guy told me that there are real differences.

well, there are some major changes

but honestly if you have a reseller account it is a lot better for resellers

http://www.psoft.net/h_sphere2_info.html

check out some of the features, it has an integrated payment system and some other neat tools, I might be actually offering both in the near future, or brand a daughter company.

moving over from cpanel looks easy. I read osme of the forum posts and it looks like the staff of h-sphere has made some helpful tools. Your host will have more information on this. The only problem i could see for you is if you have customers wheather they would mind the change. if your account is just reseller to have the features and such, well if all up to if you like it better then cpanel and don't want to find a new host.

The only reason I even use a reseller account is for my design clients for the ease of setting up and controlling the accounts, so I really don't need the sign-up stuff. The guy told me that the paths use a @whateveraccount instead of the traditional home/user/public_html....

hey southnow

I am currently with WEBZPRO now as a resseller, and have been for almost 7 months....

Uptime: EXCELLENT
Downtime: NIL
Service: BEYOND SUPERB
Price: VERY REASONABLE

I cant say enough about the excellent service and quality of WEBZPRO hosting. I was a little leary at first, after dealing with calantech (NOW BANKRUPT), but Mike has proven himself to me and I reccomend him to any and everyone.
