Reseller Legal Terms

Hi there,

I'm thinking about starting my own web hosting service through reselling. I was just wondering about the tearms of use that you normally get when you sign up for hosting.

Do you get them from the host with whom you sign up for reselling? You have to write all that yourself?

Not that I can't make one myself but I just would like to know what to expect

grtz

There are a few options for you.

1) buy professionally made TOS. There are a few companies out there that have turn key ones ready to buy.

2) have your lawyer write them up

3) ask your hoster if you can use part or whole of their TOS. As long as your a customer, I doubt they would mind.

4) write your own

depending on the host you go with its up to you. I would suggest added that question to your pre-sales question form when you decide which host to order your reseller account through.
