Domain redirection

hi there,

Since a few months I have my own reseller account for both hosting and domains. The problem is that our Belgian domain partner doesn't offer redirects.

If I register a new domain I have to give a DNS server. The problem is that
some clients only want to buy their domain name at our firm, they want to host their site somewhere else. Personally I don't really like that idea but the thing is that we have paid quite some money in advance to get the account. So it could be in our own interest to offer that combination.

Is there anyone who know how I can do this?

Is there a way to rent another DNS server to do the redirects?

Why can't you register the domain for your client edit the DNS and point it at their current host? (You register domain, but they host where they want.)

Maybe I`m not understanding your needs???
