I like hostgator because of their response time when things go wrong.
I have tried others and so far, these boys have impressed me

I like Hostww.net
If anything goes wrong, which is extremely rare, they're on top of it. Plus they offer not only support desk and email support, but telephone support as well. Love it

I have a reseller account with Realwebhost. No problems whatsoever and excellent 24/7 support.

I have read some negative things with micfo.com. We are using G-Servers.com as domain reseller. And they are ok. We have tried Realwebhost but just 1 day than we quit. What is "MultiAdmin" for site5.com reseller hosting

Even I do not remember which domain was on "Realwebhost"
Before hsoting our LIVE webpages; we register with an demo domain which name is madeup. By using this method; if the company is giving importance not because of the domain name; we do continue with them. For Realwebhost , If I am not wrong it was not like that!
rwh, Are you the webmaster of "Realwebhost" ?

I am Real Web Host. It is funny to me that you said you had issues but you can not tell me what domain name you had with us.

Finding a good reseller host can become a real chore. I well remember reading review after review after review until I realized that many of the reviews were made by people with a vested interest - either in boosting a host, or trashing a host.
For what it's worth, the news around town is that site5.com used to be fantastic but have been poor of late. I have no personal experience of this host though.
You'll hear a lot of positive talk in most places about hostgator and asmallorange. I have more than one account with each.
My experience, for what it's worth, is that the servers I'm on with hostgator deliver the goods a bit more reliably than asmallorange's do. I'm not speaking about uptime here, I'm speaking about things like annoying little delays that can very occasionally happen before a page is delivered. On the other hand, when it comes to technical support, asmallorange probably has the edge. Both hosts would be a good choice imho for non-critical websites.

Huh? No kidding it's not my server problem it's a network problem. I wasn't AWARE what the problem was until I created a ticket and said "hey my e-mail isn't loading"... I was then informed (2 minutes later) the network issues at the DC.
And I'm sure the router had more problems than needing to be "flushed". I don't know if you mean rebooted or "flushed" as in tossed in the toilet and get a new one. If you mean get a new one do you knowh ow much these routers cost? I'm sure they stuck on a new one but def. did NOT toss one! They are $$$.

And to your reply... most people who used shared hosts or reseller hosts understand they don't have a LOT of resources to use. I run my own dedicated servers too and any high resource site is on my own server. My reseller account is to put a few other small sites off my server.
