if i'm not mistaken resellerpanel is the only companies offer free reseller account. am i right?

Amandeep - What level of access do you plan to give to your clients.

Is it only FTP access or full Control Panel access?
If you only plan to give them FTP access, you can do with a normal hosting account with add-on capability. This will generally be cheaper.
