Which reseller hosting is better?

Hi

I want to know which reseller hosting is better for a person who doesn't have technical knowledge related to servers.
1- Linux reseller hosting package?
2- Windows reseller hosting package?

If you are looking for the most in demand reseller hosting account - it would easily be the Linux based solution. This comes from many years of personal experience in the hosting industry.

Both of them will require quite a bit of technical knowledge. If you don't have the technical knowledge needed, I would recommend trying to find a partnership with someone who is technical.

Additionally, look for managed linux reseller hosting packages. Stay away from unmanaged.

Hope this helps out.

I think that depends. What are you going to use that account for?
Do you want to start your own business? Or plan to host your own clients?
In any case there are more potential clients for linux hosting services.

Linux based re-sellers will be defiantly the choice of professionals, Linux is not resource hungry as windows is, even if you plan to buy a vps (linux)and to convert it into a reseller its wont be difficult, by using so many opensource/freeware control panels, with little technical knowledge.

So you mean only paid coders are good enough to build a good panel? that is so discouraging comment, one of the best control panel which is free is kloxo, centos control panel, vestacp all are best,

Nope. I wanted to say they are more user friendly and have mo functionality - that's why (being paid panels) they are commonly used.

I think that reselling both Linux and Windows will give you a good opportunity to earn money online. But you should also choose reliable web host to resell from.
As for windows reselling, I can highly recommend M6.net - their work is based on quality. I like them and can highly recommend. Hope it will be useful info for your request.

Try namecheap reseller hosting. You can put 25 account in one reseller account for just $16.95 per month. Namecheap has a reseller hosting promo going on right now. For just $1/ for the first month, you can have a reseller hosting account.

Actually you can try anything. Just heck if there is Moneyback guarantee- that will allow you to take your money back if you are not satisfied during money back guarantee period.

Make sure that you read the terms of service and acceptable use policy as well.

Know the conditions of their money back guarantees.....A lot of people forget that most providers offer a 30 day money back guarantee. After that, you forfeit your right to get money back.

Linux but don't get hung up on the hosting platform itself. They both work.

As a reseller all you need to think about is the WHM (Web Host Manager) and Cpanel. the Cpanel account will be used by your end users.

Cpanel will not work on Windows. For this you will have to use Plesk.

I think that it will be better for you to start Linux reselling if you are planning to sell hosting accounts to other webmasters. Have you already found a good to deal with?

According to me you choose Linux reseller hosting package which is more relevant and easy to handle if you are belongs to technical field or strong with that.
