ok.. i just now come across quite a similar question to look for a reseller plan.
highly suggest: hostgator, lypha reseller.

I could hook you up with a reseller package, with custom DNS ect.. As you say its best to start small but let me warn you unless you know peaple who allready want/need hosting its hard to just magicly find customers Hosting is such a saturated market but then again... Give it a try, my prices are on Greenlush.com and i could evan knock you off a few bucks to help you out abit too.

Brilliant let me know what you think.. If you want to start off pretty small and keep the prices down i can sell you 250Mb / 2GB bandwith with unlimeted add on domains and subdomains for $15 a year. This will allow you to creat differant folders on your Cpanel just like using WHM to set up a seperate account and you can add on another domain say for your clients allthough you would have to be the middleman and upload your customers files, you would have to let them send you them first and then you upload them ect.. To tell you the truth this is how i started 8months ago and it worked brillaintly as if you pay 15bucks for 1year php/mysql/fantastico, you can easyly make your money back and then upgrade to reseller package and have uniqe ip's,private dns ect.. later. Depends on how much you want to spend at the moment you know, i started off reselling or... infact giving away my shared hosting 7months ago now its my full time job, got an office, 4 dedicated servers and thousands of customers....

yup, thats the price for hostgator reseller plan.
unlimited domains.

and most important is hostgator is claimed themself as ... 2005 best hosting reseller. from the site i also understand they using cpanel and highend server as well. 4gb ram.

I would really go with hostgator funguru. I've had normal hosting with them for ages and they have never let me down. I could only presume their reseller package would be the same.

i just read very bad reviews about lypha hosting... hostgator seems to be just marginally better.. i am so confused.
