Hello. Reseller package help you to run your own webhosting business. I think that it is the easest way to start. I suggest you go with inhouse support providing company. You will need just your own site and marketing.
I suggest you look through trusted companies in this sphere

I've considered this in the past and have asked a lot of questions on a lot of boards and continuously got told that the market is so saturated that you have to be sure to have an angle before you start. Like offering the hosting to specific niches or something.

First of all you have to specify your needs and budget and the final aim of running a reseller hosting.

I believe reseller hosting is a good way of starting business and then develop it and have your own web hosting company.

The biggest challenge i face now is that the reseller package, the space is far too small. Even cant match the shared hosting plan that goes to TB these days.

will my reseller plan of 20GB do any good?? i got monthly reseller fee to commit to, and this is bothering me until now. i been reading some reseller saying they earning big money, but i havent see it how. tricky.

Check your host should give you full support to eliminate your support-related issues, preferebly they should have pretty nice support system blended with knowledge based support as you would have more time particularly in developing your business by your full involvement in marketing and promotional activities if you have planned to start reseller hosting.
