Our VPS comes fully managed so we will handle the transfer in behalf of the client. Client simply has to purchase a VPS and then make a transfer request to the VPS Department with details, once the client make the transfer request we will handle everything from there. There will be no downtime for client's sites during this process.

So therefore they have no more responsibility than a reseller plan?

Don't your resellers use any shared services? Or is it a bit like a VPS without the benefits?

When it comes to the account transfer, yes but my friend lets not forget account transferring is not the only thing about running a hosting business.

By the way what type of backups do you offer over there in case if the clients VPS got hacked etc?
