Too much information!!

Ok, maybe you all can point me in the right direction. I have been researching for more than a week and a half and just when I think I am close to a choice, wham I find something out I don't like.
Here is what I am trying to do. I have 2 sites that use about 15mb bandwidth a month and growing. Forum, blog and sites. Adding store soon. Maybe. I like that both right now are independent of one another and like to keep it that way. I also have kids and would like to set them up with full function sites without going through my site. AAANNNDDD to top it all off I would like to put up a friend or two to defray costs in the future a little. Reseller seems to be the choice but to find the host has been a nightmare. I have read everything here and on another site and either found bad reviews or they are a relseller or something.
I also would like the option of end user support if possible just in case.

Hopefully some answers here will guide me better. Thanks

Well, no reply. I went ahead and chose one. We will see how it goes. I still would like some opinions in case it doesn't work out.

Yes you need to have WHM to separate cpanel accounts. AQ lot of web hosting comapnies and all of them offer moneyback guarantee.
I think that you can start with the one you like the most.

Thanks and thats what I did. Still would like suggestions though. I still may jump around till I find someone I like. Let me say this. I am really new to all this so some of it I find I have to research first. Then I ask questions. Whoever I end up with would hopefully have good tech support. I need it. C'mon I need some suggestions here!!

Have a look at SmokeyHost , WebKore.net , and Innohosting.com , they all offer end user support with their resellers.

FYI: I signed up with 2 hosts. One with c-panel and one with h-sphere. I am checking to see which I like better. So far both have their ups and downs but I am seeing that h-sphere can do more. Both are new to me, I had v-deck. Both hosts support has been good with one above and beyond with me. So far so good. When I get down to choosing I will post it and why. But I am new and using this mostly for personal so my reasons may be different than what yours would.

I have used only cPanel from Ahosting.biz and should say this panel is really easy-to-use. With the help of this panel you may do everything on your web site.

CPanel is the best in term of usability IMO.

Kron, not only Cpanel enough if you are going to resell web hosting service
