Do you have certain preferances as to what features you'd like your hosting package to have (ie. control panel, disk space, bandwidth, etc). Also, what sort of budget do you have?

I don't know what you mean by no uptime problem, as 100% doesn't exist at all.

Not necessarily true. With the correct load balancer along with a grid setup for server clustering and separate DNS server, its quite possible to reach 100% uptime with no issues.

You will certainly need to reboot your server some time. Then what happens to the 100% guarantee.
