There are many web hosts out there that offer unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth. Normally these plans are sold cheaply to you. Your first reaction may be wow this is cheap and unlimited. How can web hosts provide “unlimited” of anything? It can not be done. There is a limit. The server will be overloaded by all the unlimited users.
For this reason, I would like to suggest you to look at Serverpoint.com, because they are really stable, as they are in the Internet services market from 1998. It's common knowledge that with them you will never face any problem.

Thee is nothing like unlimited hosting. There will be overselling and also some restrictions on the type of hosting.

If you are in reseller business then I guess you will offer unlimited offers as well and multiply the existing unlimited offers? That is not really good concern. Lots of decent companies are around: A2hosting.com, Lunarpages.com etc which offers decent and limited offers and that is important. In case with unlimited offers you can scare away all your potential customers.

Beware of unlimited web hosting providers. Especially UNLIMITED reseller plans. Your clients arent safe on an unlimited reseller plan.

totally unlimited is little big hard to find, but you can make deal with your provider to upgrade plan, when size and bandwidth limit becomes less.

If the UK location is needed, I can recommend marblehost.com - the american company offering UK-based datacenter hosting, enabling you to save some money, because of being ratheer cheap, comparably to the UK-based hosts. They do not offer unlimited, but that is this or that impossible, as you may see.
