I'm looking for a reliable reseller hosting with the fallowing specifications.

Only from a trusted company that is already open for couple of years.

Also could you please include number of cpu and amount of ram.

20 Gb Disk Space

200 Gb Bandwidth

Unlimited Features

Requirements

Whm and cPanel

Backups For Client Files

Must Accept Free Hosting

- I will be offering free hosting to clients.

- I will be controlling the accounts, so there will be no adult content or any illegal content.

As rule you are sharing that with other people. As InFloW that is availible on the VPS.
What budget do you keep in mind?

How difficult is it to setup VPS and do you get unlimited space with it allso can you sell VPS space on your server?

I think that you nned to start with reseller web hosting and then if that needed move to the VPs or so. Anyway many companies have both reseller and VPs hosting in their price lists. For the web hosting company recommendation I would recommend gazzin.com. Thjey have both reseller and VPS.

Decent reselling ... just some companies have crossed my mind - sharkspace.com, resellerzoom.com and glowhost.com.
Quite feature-rich package plans at low cost they offer.

I have seen Sibername.com provides nice reseller accounts. Many features are available from them including: 2 months free with annual plans, free domain name with every package, 10% off for extra domains registration, etc.

actually no, but I really want unmetered bandwidth, unlimited webspace...
so that I can host any no. of domains without any webspace limitations.

Unlimited domains hosting is usual for large reseller accounts, but there is no such thing as unlimited webspace. Have you ever seen anything unlimited? Unmetered is possible, unlimited is not.
