I suppose the best way for you wold be to plug in some sort of a CMS, even the most basic like CMSimple and do your own thing with the index page. Do you have any CMS?

DPI standard has outlived itself, I believe. DPI doesn’t equate to digital it’s a print measure. It was commonly believed for a long that 72dpi was ideal for web. But it's not exactly correct....

GetResponse is not too bad either. They have a trial period so you can figure out if it's worth it or not. Also, MailChimp is nice for it offers lots of free features which are very high-quality!
