Backlinks

For as long as you already have established to have more backlinks, it will not affect your page rank deleting the drain outbound links. It is important to always consider the content and the keywords of your site. Do more inbound links, SMO and SEO link building. It will be very effective to attain a high page rank applying these techniques for a particular site

It depends on the page rank of your inbound links and how many external links you have and what the quality of those links are.

It should not affect your page rank when you change the website though or delete some pages within your website as long as they weren't the pages in question.

If you link to a bad neighbour it may affect your rankings. Ensure you don't link to any spammy sites.

I agree with Hafsoh. Bad links and not relevant links can hurt your site. The best way to consider is your inbound links.

It goes page by page. Not necessarily for a set of pages.

If I had a 100 other related sites linking to one of my page and I delete 30 because they have removed my reciprocal link, would that affect that one page that all of them are linking to or only the pages that my sites are linking to from them.
