It means once you submit your article it will be a live link and it doesn't need an approval by the moderator or admin.

Not all the articles that you submit will always approved they sent you a mail if your article has been added to the respective category.

Most of them may never get approved. Some are good though, for example, www.goarticle.com and www.ezinearticles.com.

Thanks for sharing. The list can get huge. After a couple of submissions, you'll be able to identify best ones. Article submissions are very effective ways, and if publication is interesting, it is getting shared, republished.
