Why is a Dedicated IP goof for SEO?

Why is a Dedicated IP good for SEO? Pink Bunny has pointed this out, I would like him or someone else expand on this. BTW, PBF, I respect your knowledge, I have learned allot reading your stuff...but..please don't poop on me.

Want to host your site an IP I had for nothing but email spam landing sites? .....lol

You share an IP with 50 - 100 people - you are at risk.

I'll pay a little extra for my own damn IP and make sure it's clean and never been used by a bad boy.

You go getting a $8 a month site it's worth every penny.

Then to top it off the host will never send you the email complaints from major providers around the world telling you the IP block has been banned .... Nothing better for a site than being blocked by RoadRunner...... seen it happen .... been on the phone with major providers begging and lying......lol


You think Google doesn't look at IPs - check your logs - hell they trace them.

I know you're big on Content, I'ves shown ppl that Closet site as an example of your Content and Keywords, but most ppl think it's too cluttered. How do you convince a Client that's the way to go? Or should I say do they remark that its too cluttered?
