What is your site about? I strongly suggest you make it visitor and search engine friendly. Optimize it on page and off page. There are many seo guide in in optimizing a site that can be found on the web. Just search, that could help you.

I could give you a couple of pointers for the first website.

1. The website can be accessed with or without 'www'. For search engines they are two different URLs but the website is same. Duplicate content.
2. Your page can be accessed with and without /default.asp. Again this is duplicate content.
3. You have stuffed your 'page title' with keywords. It should include keywords but it not the place to mention keywords like you do in 'meta keyword' field.
4. You have your company name and phone number in the title. Not required.
5. Most important. The website does not have content. Without content it would be very difficult to rank a website.
5. The website incorporates a table design. Not advisable.

And I could go on and on. But this is not a place to rant, is it?
