Would Changing IPs Affect O/B Link Age?
If a site had a shared IP then switched to a dedicated IP, are the Outbound link ages back to zero?

Anyone ever test this personally on multiple sites?

Backlinks are calculated by domain name as far as I know. So, I don't think IP address got anything to do with backlinks.

it did not affect page rank
