How to have a full site profile in search results

What does one have to do to make it so your company listing in a search engine has a main listing, followed by smaller listings underneath for Support, Solutions, About XYZ, etc?

To see what I mean, type in 'junxure' in Google. For some reason, my company's website doesn't show up like that...

Any suggestions would be awsome!

Google decides if it will show your website like that but you website needs to have titles stuctured in a way to do that. However unless your brand name is one that everyone knows and will type in then you are better making each sites title a landing page in its own right by using seo enhanced titles and meta descriptions.

The words under your listing are called "SiteLinks".

You can fix it thru googl webmaster tool.
