That means submitting to social bookmarks sites like digg, reddit, propeller, newsvine, etc. to get ranking and exposure. You can check out the link I have in my signature, to get social bookmarks at very cheap price.

I did a check on most of the posters above websites - 3 of them can't be spidered - oh shame

I like Digg.com because of its heavy traffic of visitors. If you post a link of your site on Digg, it gets ranked highly by Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

The bookmarking tags work this way... the more tags you add to your post, the more backlinks you create for your posted website URL because each tag is counted as a backlink to your posted website URL.
