SEO makes minor mistakes

Many times SEO makes minor mistake in their keywords related to singular and plural but infact it is not minor mistake it is a major mistake done by SEO.

Example:-Customer search keyword like video games and SEO target video game (without "S") so it if really affect to SEO. There is more important of using singular and plural keywords.

Any one have more ideas, please share with us.

Singular and plural words are differently recognized by search engines, there are many instances wherein a site would have good ranking for the singular form of a given word but would have bad ranking in its plural form. I personally think that it will be better if we're going to optimize for both forms using the most appropriate web page of our site (if it requires us). Dashes, apostrophes and other symbols can also give us different results and they can also affect our rankings.

Proper targeting of our keywords will play a very important role in our SEO campaign especially in our site's rankings. I strongly suggest to do this what we call "keyword analysis" first before doing off-page optimization techniques. We should also consider the competition and searched volume of our keywords.

That's it for now... GTG. Hope it helps.

It makes a small difference, in highly competitive phrases - but a tiny difference in most cases (under 2 million)

If you're doing proper link building you are targeting both the singular and plural version of the keyword concurrently. So any website with good seo usually has similar rankings for plural and singular. In some cases either the singular or plural version is quite predominate over the other. For example tv vs tvs or tire vs tires. Try to think of what your customers would use more often.

According to me , the trend of thinking on keywords will come to end. As we can see people are not making searches on a single keyword much now. What people are doing is typing an complete question for what they are searching on search engines. So the new target is going to think for an complete question related to search, not an keyword.

Google will perhaps will treated differently within singular or plural however with adding singular I think that will make more search, the idea is simple they look for less words to type.this is what most silly idea I could share in here
