Hello Dear,
Static site means no use of database.
Data will not retrieve when you browse a web page.
For seo static site is the best because it crawls easily by crawler and search engine bot.

Static web pages:
=>Quick and easy to Understand, even by someone who doesn't have much experience.
=> Easy to demonstrate.
=>Cache friendly, one copy can be shown to many people.
=>Complex to maintain when a site gets big.
=>Difficult to keep frequent and up to date.
=>gives few visitor personalization .
Static pages only for viewing ,Dynamic pages for Interactive Experience.Client server applications done by Dynamic pages.In dynamic pages the data will present in the database.But not in Static pages.

tatic websites can only really be updated by someone with a knowledge of website development. while dynamic website can give the website owner the ability to simply update and add new content to the site. Dynamic websites are more functional website
and easier to update.
