I am no programmer but I would like to create a couple different forums. Which php board is easiest to setup?

Also this board will need to be easily crawled by googlebot.

Vbulletin 3 is good and easy, too, but costs money and may not be so friendly on dial-up users.

I have implement Yabb in 1 hour.
And I know nothing about programmation.
The instructions are very clear.
I think it is in CGI

Also do you have to use mod on all of these to make them search friend?

Yabb is written in perl. Is that as robust as php?

I have modified the skin files to create topic-23.html and forum-23.html links, with a little htaccess to do the rest.
I have also removed the (Powered by Invision Power Board) from the title bar (in source/boards.php) - You're allowed to do this legally.

Google is indexing my board pretty well, it is 6-8 weeks old:

YaBB's are darn hard to index.

I once managed to get one mostly indexed, by submitting 400 threads directly to Google, and set up a static HTML sitemap of all 400 threads.

It worked, but I very soon converted it to vBulletin.

The CGI version is just as bad for indexing as the PHP version, so far as I can tell.
