Viewing Google Adword Results Internationally

I work from Canada helping companies in an industry vertical with SEO and PPC. Thus I have clients throughout the US. One dilemma I face is seeing local Google Adword results for my clients so I can monitor effectively. I also seem to get different results in standard search than they do? Not sure why. I have tried to find a local proxy server to run through but haven't had much success as most of the listings are country specific not local. Other than that, I am not sure what to do.

Any advice, suggestions?

after you get your search results in Google type in

gl=us
or gl=uk
at the end of the address bar to get ads from whatever country you are trying to see.

Thanks for the response. Not really giving me the answer in need. I need to find a way to see local results for search in Dallas or Pittsburgh or San Diego, while being in Canada. I am not really looking for organic results, I am trying to see Adwords results.

the gl thing works for country codes (for displaying the proper country wide adwords ads or other ads that are seen by that country)

I am not yet sure how to see the local local results though.
