The only way you are gunna get high-PR
links, say above PR2-3, is renting them, and they are expensive from what I have seen.
Go look at the backlinks of the high PR
sites that are offering to rent out links. What I see is that these rental high PR
sites exist solely to rent out links. And they are high PR
because they have 3-4 incoming links from other high PR
Go look at these back end high PR
sites, and what you will probably see is they are ligitimate sites, except they have a few links that don't belong. For example I have seen many web designers place illigitimate links on the .com/org/.edu page of sites they maintain.
In my opinion they are stealing from the .com owner to create revenue for themselves. I won't touch link rental. Long term I think you are better buying lower pr
links in large quantity. I pay $0.33 cents a link for PR1-3 blogs. Or if you can, figgure how how to create something that makes people want to link to you.
