If Your site is new then it will take time to get rank and traffic as well,
so you keep continue to submit article , bookmarking, forum, and all that you mention above,

Yes, StumbleUpon and Digg Drives more traffic to our site, i am getting more traffic from stumbleupon, i am getting daily 50 to 60 visitors from stubble and appx 10 to 20 from digg, i have also submited my sites in propeller but still no traffic from propeller.

I have more friends in stumble Upon and i am sending them my sites, to visit, same i am sending souts in DIGG.

If you have a Business website and you are targeting a Specific Country for Business, I would suggest you submit your websites in Directories and Post into Forums of the Specific Country to get Higher Rankings in Search Engines. Try to Communicate with People Residing in the Country you are Targeting on the Social Networking websites. Also, try to get Backlinks from the websites which Belong or Target the Country you are targeting.

It is noticed that your website will rank higher in Search Engines if your website is Optimized locally and hence it is better to start Optimizing your website Locally and then start Optimizing your website on International basis.

Post in top classified submission sites and uploading a picture for your ad is much better. If you have the write title and an effective promo ads then that will bring lots of traffic to your site. The thing is, most classified submission sites has expiration for a free post and to maintain traffic you will have to submit to different classified submission sites every once in a while.

If you wants to improved your traffic just update your sites or blog regularly with some unique idea like providing free resource, free tools, unique blog post with interesting thoughts,
video uploading and promoting,
RSS Feed Submission,
classified Submission
etc will improved your traffic.

Only content can't help us to get traffic, yes, if we are sharing content with url, than we can get traffic, but content sharing is 60% smiler to bookmarking. and bookmarking is the best way for traffic.
