Press Releases
When submitting press releases to multiple press release websites, should the wording be changed around or is it considered acceptable and not spammy to submit the same PR to multiple sites?

It's fine. Especially if the PR is a quality one.
If the PR sounds spammy, then it will be spammy. It depends on what you expect from it. If it's just backlinks, then it doesn't matter.

First off, when submitting PR's and Articles..Try not to overuse keyword for your keyword site benefits...just be contented with the resources(as your backlink benefit). Just present it how it is...if a keyword in the content is really necessary to use, then go for it..only if using the keyword would make more sense and value to the thought that needed to be reached out to the reader..
just dont overkill your content.. robots are highly intelligent...

Having a news site, I post PR stories which I think my readers will relate to. So make your PR sound interesting and not a commercial.

A press release is a written announcement that seeks to draw media attention to a specific event or product launch but it should not sound purely promotional. It should be somewhat news worthy.
Check this link for a guide on how to make one. If followed, even if you send to multiple sites, it will not be considered as spam, but a genuine press release.

No problem with it, if you submit the same PR in all Press Releases web resources. It help you in generating one way link from different resources.

No, there is no need to change your wording around. As long as the Press Release is good quality and offer the information correctly to your sources.
You can sort of think of Press Releases as being the same as Articles, you don't so much change them around when you submit the same article to different directories just make sure it is in compliance.

I have heard of people modifying their press releases for specific releases and they have found this quite useful, for generic press sites its likely less important.

you can submit it in more and more sites, but don't make your press release with lots of keywords, don't make keyword stuffing in press release.

I think it's not spamming. Just make sure that your press release has quality content.

When submitting a press release, its ok to submit it in multiple PR sites but you have to consider submitting it only on a certain time period. you cannot submit the same press release if it had been used for a month or so. I suggest one topic per week or less when submitting a press release.

The basic intention of a Press Release is to draw attention to your website. The content should be written in a way that viewers relate to it and are interested in reading further.
