How to know that a website is SEO friendly?

Hi,

I have few question:-How do we know that a website is SEO friendly or not and how to verify?-Is there any benefit to SEO by making frequently updating your website every day automaticaly?I expect few points and inputs from all of you.

Well you need to check if your site is indexed and ranked by search engines. I checked and found out that your site is already indexed and seems search engine OVER FRIENDLY.

Don't update your pages on daily basis. You would may loose your hard earned rankings. Make a plan and then proceed. Why would you keep SEOing a page on daily basis? what reason?

See if your site is errors free. Use tools to check your site for different browser compatibility. Check for any screen resolution problems.

Use W3C validator to check your site. Make sure that there is no problem in your site coding. Make sure that is no hidden text.

And there are many other things to check. If your site passes all these things then I guess its well optimized.

Also, SEs love new and useful content as it delivers good information to the visitors of the site. That is why, it is suggest to keep your site alive via adding more sueful content in it.

If a website is well developed/designed with no use of JS & Flash and unethical tactics for promotion. Site should be follow W3C validation, fresh content and time cached/indexed by Google are said SEO friendly.

I took a peak at your site, I'm guessing it's vtlglobal.com? Here are some quick free pointers:

- put your css in one style sheet and call that for each page - that saves on bandwidth and makes your page load a tiny bit quicker (this is not that important for seo but could help)
- Use css instead of tables - you have a bunch of tables in there and it's really bloating down your code
- do keyword research and make sure all your densities are right

Avoid long keywords! Make it short and very precise.. Make sure the keywords coincide with the content!

i think if the website can be crawl by the SE, a site with alt tags on it's images, limited flash objects can be a SEO friendly site
