That was good, I agree with his thoughts on accountability, but I don't know if I agree 100% on the method. I understand where he is coming from about quality traffic though. The focus is too often on rank and not on sales / leads. Ecudating folks on the fact that the traffic is not as important as the leads and sales should be easy, but it isn't always, everyone wants to be #1 for something.

The more I'm around MMT, the more impressed I am. Over the last 4 or 5 years his business seems to have really kicked into high gear. He speaks well, and no fluff, either.

He makes more sense on the SE vs SEM relationship than anything I've read so far. Ad even though the interview is almost certainly a few years old, everything he covers is pretty relevant now as it was then.
